Sulphur, LA Show Infomation:

• West Cal Arena - Sulphur, LA Notes;
  All stall and RV reservations should be made at least two days prior to the scheduled show date and no sooner

• Specific stalls and RV's cannot be guaranteed at any time due to limited space
  
  
• Reservations made after Wednesday before the scheduled show may be required to be placed in limited and
  select locations
  
  
• Shaving request should also be made with the stall reservations
  
  
• An arena staff member will be on hand to collect money and unlock stalls and RV's on the night before the
  show. All reservations arriving after 9:00PM must be pre-paid
  
  
• Acceptable forms of payment are cash, money order, cashier's check, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and local
  checks with proper ID. No out of state checks will be accepted.
  
  
• Select stall barn lights will be made available from dusk until 10:00PM the night before the show. Wash rack
  lights will be lit for safety the evening before and day of the show
  
  
• Because of security issues, no one is allowed in the performance arena overnight. Practice sessions for the
  main arena are available by calling our office and arranging specific times at a set rate.
  
  
• Additional stalls may need to be constructed in the warm up pen as needed.
  
  
• Rates for the 2011 season are as follows:
  • Stalls - $15.00/night
  • 20 & 30 Amp RV's - $20/night
  • 50 Amp RV's - $30/night
  • Shavings - $7.50/bag
    
    • Stalls and RV's will be available on the afternoon before the show starting at 3:00PM. Anyone needing accommodations prior to this time will require additional days rates
